[EXPORT] Mailing a print-ready file

Modified on Mon, 09 Nov 2020 at 06:22 PM

This PDF export service is only available via our ADMIN solution or as add-on for WordPress.

Using ADMIN (optional)

This step is only required if you are using the ADMIN solution and not needed when you purchased the add-on for WordPress!

First of all you need to connect a WordPress site with the ADMIN solution and subscribe to the Premium plan in the Subscription page for the connected site. After that you will see the API key  in the Site Configurations, that you need to copy.

Go back to your WordPress backend and select the Automated Export tab in Settings of FPD and paste the API key.

WooCommerce Orders (available with ADMIN and Export add-on)

The print-ready file will be sent to the administrator of the shop (only when "Administrator" in Recipients option is turned on) as soon as a new order is made. The customer will receive (only when "Customer" option in Recipients is turned on) the print-ready file when the order has been marked as completed or paid.

Shortcode Orders (available with ADMIN and Export add-on)

The print-ready file will be sent to the administrator of the site (only when "Administrator" in Recipients option is turned on) as soon as a new order is made.

Gravity Form Orders (available with Export add-on)

The print-ready file will be sent to the administrator of the site (only when "Administrator" in Recipients option is turned on) as soon as a new entry for the form is generated. You also need to create a notification in the form settings and name it "Admin Notification", so the Export add-on knows to which E-mail address(es) in the notification the print-ready file needs to been sent.
