This Pro export service is only available in our professional suite Genius.

Important Notice
Attaching a print file to an email may extend the checkout process duration, since the file needs to be generated beforehand. The time required for generation is significantly influenced by the file's output size and the number of elements and fonts it contains. It's advisable to initially test this feature under your standard business operations to determine its effectiveness and decide if email attachment is a beneficial option.

WooCommerce Orders

The print-ready file will be sent to the administrator of the shop (only when "Administrator" in Recipients option is turned on) as soon as a new order is made. The customer will receive (only when "Customer" option in Recipients is turned on) the print-ready file when the order has been marked as completed or paid.

Shortcode Orders

The print-ready file will be sent to the administrator of the site (only when "Administrator" in Recipients option is turned on) as soon as a new order is made.

Gravity Form Orders

The print-ready file will be sent to the administrator of the site (only when "Administrator" in Recipients option is turned on) as soon as a new entry for the form is generated. You also need to create a notification in the form settings and name it "Admin Notification", so the export knows to which E-mail address(es) in the notification the print-ready file needs to been sent.
