Everything was working fine until after I updated FPD. Now images can't be uploaded by customers - they're getting a popup that simply says 'Error'.
I had a lengthy webchat with my host who has double-checked and confirmed everything is up-to-date and as it should be at their end. I've seen other threads discussing this, one of which suggested uninstalling FPD then reinstalling it to fix the issue, but I'd like to know if that's my best option? Any help would be much appreciated as this is causing much grief.
