How can I edit the names of the features in the toolbar of the designer?

I am wondering how to give the tools in the designer different names. I’m referring to the toolbar with tools such as: products, designs, images, etc. I want these to have different names. Where can I find the code that I need to change in order to do this? Using Wordpress.
