We have the same issue here. When I try to download the file as a PDF under WooCommerce > Orders, it doesn't do anything. However, if I change the Output Format to PDF + PNG, it works – but it prints it out as an image, i.e. the text is pixelated, not vector sharp. It is only the PNG part that works; the PDF part doesn't.
We haven't had this problem before. Everything is updated on our end.

This guy just gave up on his plugin! He doesn't develop it at all and only makes it worse. During the heyday of neural networks, it could have been developed so much, offering really cool and working tools to users. But the creator of the plugin decided to go his own dead way and offer a miserable subscription and terrible updates. If you want this plugin to function normally, improve it on your side and don't expect a miracle.
He doesn't even care about his forum, the topic has been hanging for almost a week, and the creator hasn't even unsubscribed. During this time, I encountered download errors more than 50 times. And all the errors are exclusively due to his server, to which the plugin sends a request when generating a download.
I pay him for a few subscriptions, but I will stop doing that soon because this guy doesn't care about his customers.
He could at least make his servers' status in real time so we know when they are down.
The creator of the plugin, if you don't care that much and don't want to develop your product, just sell it to third parties and let them continue their business in a more dignified manner.
It's very frustrating to see that a really good tool is not being developed and hasn't received any good updates for over a year and is only getting worse.

We also had huge problem with the export function for a couple a weeks ago, letters where missing and fonts where not correct exported, there are still some problems with jpg and png export so we have to use the pdf, but the support solved it for us. They moved our license key to their new server and it has worked with pdf since then. Have you tried which step it fails in the settings for try export file? Kind regards Tom

Întâmpin probleme când încerc să export fișiere PDF din Fancy Product Designer. Procesul eșuează și prezintă următoarele erori:
Comanda OOM nu este permisă când se utilizează memorie > 'maxmemory'. script: b4956d2689c421cdebcfe0ca49f419bc1dd0d2bb, pe @user_script:63.
Fișierul la distanță nu a putut fi creat. Vă rugăm să încercați din nou!
Această problemă apare pe două site-uri web diferite , găzduite de furnizori diferiți , ceea ce sugerează cu tărie că problema nu are legătură cu configurarea serverului nostru local.

I think the plugin itself it’s great it just needs some tweak. But the export function needs improvement and stability fixes.
If I understand it right export is on their server and then sending the file back to your server.
Maybe a windows dedicated software could be a thing so the export could be done locally I’m not a coder so just thinking loud here

The plugin itself is well implemented, but the pro-export function works badly, especially we pay money for it. I pay for each license key.
I hope the creators will listen to the fact that they should improve their brainchild or at least make their servers more stable
