Keep Lightbox open until redirect to cart-page

 Hello,

I am currently trying to improve the ordering-process on our shop, where we are using FPD.

I would like redirect a user directly to the cart-page when he/she adds a customized product to the cart. Right now, I can do this in the Woocommerce-Settings that redirect the user after a product was successfully added to cart.

The only thing that I would still like to improve is the following:

When the user adds a customised product in the light box, it disappears instantly and the original product page takes a few seconds to process/add the product to the cart before triggering the redirect to the cart page. I think this is a bit confusing for a customer, as he suddenly sees the product page again and gets automatically redirected to the cart after a few seconds.

Therefore I wanted to ask, whether there is a way that the lightbox stays open until the redirect happens? And, ideally, that a message gets displayed with something like "your customized product is beeing added to the cart"?

I would be very grateful for any hints, scripts or tips :)
