Hi,

we purchased your product a couple days ago. Unfortunately we cannot work with the plugin(s) since the following error message appears:

The image with the URL
http://www.forthree.com/wp-content/uploads/Tshirt-Front.png
can not be loaded into the canvas.

Troubleshooting
    The URL is not correct!
The image has been blocked by CORS policy. You need to host the image under the same protocol and domain or enable 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' on the server where you host the image. Read more about it here.

We followed your guidelines from this thread https://support.fancyproductdesigner.com/support/discussions/topics/13000024126 but it does not work. What can we do?

You can also see whether this helps: https://support.fancyproductdesigner.com/support/solutions/articles/5000592148-common-problems-and-solving-them

(If you moved your site from http to https for example)

or you have to enable CORS on the CDN-server. For more information check: https://enable-cors.org/.
