Creating own product doesn't work
I would like to create a product from scratch but this is not working. I create a view and upload, in this case, a picture of the front of a hooded sweater. When I then go to 'edit view in product builder' the canvas is empty and I don't see the hooded sweater I uploaded.
When I create a product from the templates library and go to the product builder I see 2 layers;
Base
Layer
Am i doing something wrong?

It seems like you've not created any layers to the "Edit view in Product Builder". You can follow the guide to learn how to add a product in fancy product designer yourself.
