Product Preview Not Showing In All Emails

Hello,


I am using FPD  4.8.2  and FPD Plus 1.3.5 in Wordpress 6.1.1 and having an issue where the customized image isn't showing all of the time in client or admin emails. I know it is not showing in a Gmail email but fine for me in Exchange 365 and Outlook.


Another customer can't see it in Windows Mail. Any ideas on this would be great. Attached is a photo of the order confirmation and a blank preview image.
