At the moment the order is done by sending an email with a name field. Can I add a comment field to this shortcode so that the customer can send individual wishes or questions?

you can connect our plugin with gravity forms using the plus add on:
Maybe you could also use a workaround and simply set a text field outside the canvas that is hidden below different elements or where the opacity is set to 0.

Thanks for the answer! I was hoping I wouldn't need such a powerful additional tool just so that the customer could add a comment to the order. :)
