When assigning the "Quote" button to our products, it is not producing the desired output and that is sending us the item to "Quote". Instead this is being added into the users cart for purchasing.
We need a solution to this, as we are unable to give access to the site due to ICO regulations for your support to look into..

This is the normal behavior and the way we provided it.
You've also looked at using FPD on a page/post with the shortcode and form? That would be pretty similar to what you're looking for. You can even make a custom form with gravity forms if you want.

Right so we now have it "Zeroing", but it is still asking for payment and not "Zeroing" VAT or Shipping and still requires a payment to be made.
So as I come to my previous point, the term "Quote" is as defined "give someone (the estimated price of a job or service)."
So effectively it's not a quote system at all, or are we doing something wrong in terms of this actually works.....??

no, this is just the way it works. If you want it to work differently you can also start a topic for that in our feature request forum so we can keep it in mind for further updates https://fancyproductdesigner.com/features/export-methods/

So what are you saying then, that the "Quote" button is actually useless and not fit for purpose?
