Image gets cropped when i change the color

Hello,

when i change the color of my png image the image gets cropped without any permission. Any idea why this happens?

This is how it should look (and looks when i load the page):

Hi there, I know this is an older post but I'm having the same issue, there's also another post here (https://support.fancyproductdesigner.com/support/discussions/topics/13000023934) wich seems to be related to the same problem.

Was there a fix for this?

It works fine on my end but my coworker is having that problem and because i'm in homeoffice i can't really check on his PC right now :/
