I love this plugin and just wondering why there is no updates anymore for example fixes and compality with new woocommerce version seems that updates not coming anymore ? Is the plugin still alive ?

Plugins without an ongoing revenue stream are less likely to get updates as frequently and more likely to be abandoned down the road

I get the message that they gonna rebrand the Fancy Product Designer. So they are busy.

I have trying to contact support but no answer, export is not working at all we cant export any design. Is anyone having same issues ? If we dont get any answer soon we have to find another solution.
