Confused about artwork storage
Hi,
Confused about how images generated by the plugin are stored.
Once customer places order, are those images stored on our website somewhere?
I use woocommerce, so maybe in /uploads/somefolder?
How do we access the newly generated custom design so we can use it for our fulfilment? Also, how are the files named? Are they named as the order ID, or something completely random, or something else?
I saw the email option, and the dropbox link option. Does that export to our own dropbox accounts, from some FPD cloud, or directly from our website? How does the order get a print file URL without dropbox or email?
Explain like I'm 5 please.
wait.... just read some stuff, but still unclear.
so we don't even get print ready files even after we pay the $60?
we get 72dpi unuseable nonsense, and to think i almost just spent $60 for a canvas that is worthless unless we sign up to pro tier. what a way to reel us in.
Print ready files absolutely don't work for me.
I've uploaded an image that's 3072 x 4096 and it got resized to 1600 x 2133. I don't know how to get the full size stuff.

That doesn't help answer my question.
We're not the same Adrian LOL
Could you please give a clear and concise answer on how the images work? And confirm the actual 300dpi, template sizing that we use, for print ready files require a paid subscription or not?
