Customize button based on variations

Hi all

I would like to setup a variable product that will work as usual and will enable customize button only one specific variation. Is this something feasible ?

Also, If the  above is feasible, is there any way to disable the "add-to-cart" button for this variation?

So, if I have variation 1 eligible for customization and variation 2 & 3 for direct buy, I should have only customize button enabled for variation 1 and only add-to-cart button enabled for variation  2&3.
