FPD Print option. Deadline coming up. Please help lol

I do not understand how to do this:

FPD solution

I have a product with multiple options (other designer tool) and want to add the functionality from Fancy Product Designer to add a "individual print on product" option.

I have spent days on it now, but cant get it right.
