cart items looking weird

I've managed to display my the costumers custom product by changing the cart php file. Though, now the mini cart is looking real weird - but only on the site, now when you are in the cart. I have played around with the pixels in the settings (currently 500px x 500px) with no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
