Desperately need to edit the "printing box", so it's "unlocked". Please help!

Hi team,

Am I able to "unlock" the box size? In other words, I need a rectangle to embroider on a hat.

I need it to stretch like a rectangule and not a box. I need it wider, not taller. Please help! Screenshot attached.
