Hi, How can I add the delete button in this toolbar?

I have it selected like this, but still the delete button does not appear!

I don't know exactly how to add this button to the toolbar. This is the only setting I know of.

I want something like this. Is it possible?

Hello,

It can't be added within the toolbar and you can only see it when an uploaded image or text is selected.
