Curved text toggle button hidden and not clickable on PC

Any one facing this problem while trying to change typed text to curved text? When i select the typed text and then click on curved text a toggle button appears but it is not clickable on PC it is clickable on mobile display.  Please admin help solve this problem. See attached image.
