I am a big fan of fancy product designer. I'm using the template Flatsom and unfortunately the designer doesn't work anymore when I create my own layout for the products in Flatsom (see attachment). That means the designer is not loaded anymore and it looks like a normal product.
Have you added the shortcut to display the FPD product in the custom template? If not, please add the [fpd] shortcut to your desired location, and don't forget to select the relevant product from individual settings. Thanks
