Looking at the info on the WordPress plug in page it shows no active development in 3 years and hasn't been tested with the latest version on WordPress.

That is only our REST API plugin for FPD and not the actual product designer application. This is the actual plugin for WP: https://codecanyon.net/item/fancy-product-designer-woocommercewordpress/6318393
