Regarding - fpd_form - more fields

Regarding your response to topic " fpd_form - more fields"  - Have you updated the instructions for working with Gravity Forms?  I looked into this a while back and a Gravity Forms rep said your instructions were very outdated. 

The topic is locked - otherwise I would have responded there.
