Price rules question

would it be possible to configure a set of price rules per product?? example, I can write text on a t-shirt the size of the text on the t-shirt can be at least 80px and costs €5, between 80px and 120px it costs €10, while for a product such as a cell phone cover I would like the price to depend on the number of written lines
