hi all! I bought yesterday the 3d preview cup but for some reason is not working! I have put the folder here
and i can see the dropdown with the 3d preview selection
For some reason that i dont know, i cant see the preview no where! I setted just on one product to show the preview outside the lightbox (to check quickly if something happens) with no success and i tryed to mannually put the shortcode [fpd_3d_preview] but is not recognized as a shortcodes and its shown as a basic text!
any suggestions? Thank you
