So if I upload the image via "add image" in the tollbar, it upload but does not automatically place the image. If i try to click the image to place in the bounding box, nothing happens. If i refresh the page, i can place the image and any other image that is ALREADY uploaded automatically and its perfectly fine. Adding designs works fine, it only messes up when i upload a new image.

This happend only when customer upload his image and no on cliparts.

Try turning on Picture Center and Picture AutoSelect.
