Order viewer and download print-ready file is empty

I'm new at FPD but I read the guide and forums. I setup my shop and I finally have it all ready but was doing a test and for my surprise the link on the email “download print-ready file” goes to an empty page. 

There’s nothing to download. What am I doing wrong?
