Admin with error 500

Hello I configure Fancy Admin and when I test the communication with my site I have a 500 error everywhere except on the product page I contacted the support who told me that I should see with my host if there is a security module. I have cpanel and disabled all server security, problem still the same. Have you got an idea to fix it ? In my cpanel error section I don't see the 500 error Thanks
