CAPTCHA on order form?

Wordpress is requiring me to add a CAPTCHA to my fancy product designer order page and to my user registration page that people use to save their designs. Apparently this is to cut down on spam. Has anyone done this, and if so, how? This is my site: https://accessiblechef.com/recipe-creator/ Thanks!
