Not Working Plugin, I want a refund

Plugin not working with Divi Builder. I tried everything : Change the Theme, I turned it off Divi, I checked plugins. Does not recognize the product and does not replace the image.It is set to replace the image. Function hook is okay.

Can I ask for refund ?
