Cannot use Basis Export - WooCommerce & Enfold

Hello Community,

I am experiencing problems with exporting orders within WooCommerce. 
Within the single order view in WooCommerce I am able to load the customers design into the "Product Viewer". 

Unfortunately the option to export the documents is for all three options empty (Print ready, Basis, Single Element).

- Updated Fancy Product Designer Plugin to Version 4.7.3

- Deactivated all other Plugins

Do you guys have any idea what the issue could be?
