Load in order missing

I was wondering if other people has the same problem, in 1 out of 5 or 6 order the load in order is missing. I already had two expert had a look in to this, but we are not able to find a solutions. Did anybody had the same problem? It is really frustrating, we don't have any idea what is causing this problem.

The customer who deleted the contents of the placed order, remove the re-correction after the order.
