Walk through on cm2 pricing and dynamic views

It would be really nice to have a walkthrough on how to setup a product in which the user can choose the size. The existing guides seems to be missing a bunch of details. It would be nice to have a full walkthrough like the "Business Card Example Setup" guide. Even a walkthrough of how the poster demo was set up would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
