Processing order email

I get the correct customised fancy product image in Completed Order Email but not in the initial Processing Order Email - am i missing a setting?

Please open a support ticket on our website so we can have a closer look at your issue. 

I have the same issue. First I thought it depends on Google Mail, but in the completed order mail it works fine...
