Title Text above element parameters / Design / Cliparts on cart page

Hi ,

I need to add title for each parameters added by customers on the cart page .When customer adds  "Text " , "Custom Image " , "Clipart" ..

The added data is shown on the cart page all together one below the other .I need a separation between each parameters by giving a title respectively .
