I cant do zoom with finger only over fancy deseigner

in the mobile version, i can do a zoom in any area of my page, but over the product of fancy designer is not possible
I have the last version, i have check samples of your site (that is possible), but i dont know why i cant do it in my design

You can go to Fancy product designer -> settings -> advanced -> miscellanous -> canvas touch scrolling and enable.
