Export Plugin: incomplete files exported

Hi,

if a customer uses a picture of pixabay, the files from Export Plugin (both, linked files or sended files with order confirmation mail) are incomplete.

From backend exported files are complete.

Attachment 25889.jpg is exported from backend, the other file was linked in confirmation mail.

a 2d Problem: Quality of linked files are poorer than exported files via backend (more pixelated). How can i solve this?
