1) How do I make newly added elements/layers like texts and images come on top of the previous texts and images. What I get now is new text or image added stay below the previously added ones

1) How do I make newly added elements/layers like texts and images come on top of the previous texts and images. What I get now is new text or image added stay below the previously added ones
