SVG files does not show in product builder.

Hello @radykal and other mates.

In by default product template i see a bundle of svg as well as pngs. but when i check product builder there no such element as svg only two png element.

Can i know what is use of svg and how they are linked with png .

also for an Phone-case i have created 2 png file one with no camera and effect only plain white layer which i consider it a base and want to clip image uploaded by customer and another layer top of base layer with camera, buttons and some blending effect.

but image uploaded never clips i tried all the way from product builder to individual product setting but unable to do it.
