Upload Zone Border Colour In Designer

Is it possible to change the outline colour of the upload zone in the designer, as I can hardly see the white outline and it makes it very hard on products that need to be spot on.

It would be ideal if the you could replicate the setting Highlight Editable Objects but for the upload zones outline, so we can pick a colour we can see easier.
