Limit of Maximum Characters

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have a problem with characters limit.

I have set for each product individually a limit for the characters.

It works, but sometimes there are orders where the customer creates significantly more than 25 characters.

When I click "LOAD IN VIEWER", only the first 25 characters are displayed and the rest is not visible.

But in the field of "ADDED BY CUSTOMER" is the whole text.
In addition, this truncated text is set in default font, which is also not right

Here I have create a video, where you can see that the text may have been saved as a cache, but not displayed!
