Populate FPD with data from url query strings

I would love to have the ability to send a user to a custom url and have their personalization settings be populated dynamically in the FPD.   


Something like htttps://mysite.com/fpd_product/?fpd_product=12&fpd_design=23&first_name=John&last_name=Doe...


This should load the FPD in the page with product 12, design 23 and their first and last names populated into the corresponding text fields.


Would pay for an add on plugin.
