module duplicates

Hi,

I have been working on other parts of my new site for some time. Ive gone back to finalize the fancy prod pages and note that the module i have at the top now shows twice. I have taken it off, refreshed the screen etc and re-added it but it keeps coming up twice. Does anybody have any solutions?
