Templates Library - could not be added to media library

I try use free Templates Library - T-Shirt Men Standard but is problem:

I have that error:

preview_men_standard_back-1.png image could not be added to media library. Error message: Not Found

What I can do?

Does this error only occur with the Men Standard Shirt or also with other products?
