Have the toolbar (fpd-element-toolbar-smart) visible all the time

Is there any way to have the toolbar beeing visible all the time?

You can set the toolbar to be fixed on top or on the bottom in the UI Composer. IT being visible all the time however is not possible because you need to click on an element in order to edit it. If you have the toolbar visible all times you couldn't notice which element you are about to change.

I was looking for this, I assume it still isn't possible because of its nature, but can I hide this bar for everything? I don't want users to be able to change any color of any of the design/text/product.
