I'm new. Just installed the Fancy Product Designer today.

I don't know how to fix this issue. I tried "page" and "lightbox". it doesn't matter. The designer is not loading correctly.

I can see the designer on the page. Could you explain your issue more detailed please?

I am having the same issue. I try to select page and lightbox and neither of them work on the live website. I only get the embedded version of the product designer. How do I activate so Lightbox works?
