You can achieve the easy color option using the plus add on and placing the color picker outside of the canvas.
Fonts that you upload can be named by renaming the ttf file. (Google Fonts chosen in the Fancy Product Designer can't be renamed. You would have to upload those directly as ttf file.)
The font selection can only be done within a customization. Therefore please open a customization request on our site.
