Can anyone tell my why I am receiving an error message whenever I try to upload an image on the fancy product designer. I've tried to check my setting but I'm not seeing anything that allow me to enable loading images from file.

Please open a support ticket for your issue so we can have a closer look at which error occurs. (Although you can already check in your Fancy Product Designer -> settings -> custom image uploads whether you set a minimum width, height, file size,..../ If you aren't able to upload any image at all you can also check whether you enabled the image module in your UI)
