New To Fancy Product Designer

 I am attempting to use fancy designer for customers to customize their signs and I am having a problem learning how to use the program. Since I am forced to use satellite for my Internet connection watching videos is out. Are there any written instructions that I can download? Secondly is any one using fancy designer for making signs?
