That's in almost all cases either a server issue or a conflict with another plugin. Please check your browsers development console while adding a product to the cart. Make sure message history is preserved so that you can see all error messages. If you need help with this, please open a support ticket.

Hi.
I have a problem with the plugin.
In admin panel in woocommerce orders, I cannot load the ordered item in Order viewer.
Actually, the button “Load in order view” is missing.
Can you help me please
