We have the option to have the dialog box 'off canvas left', 'off canvas right' or 'dynamic'. I like the dynamic version but it is there to prevent the dialog box automatically open when the canvas is loaded. I would prefer the dialog box to first appear when a user has clicked 'Add Text' or 'Add Image'
